Dan Hoffman, Landowner Liason

Dan is a business management instructor at Riverland Community College in Austin, Minnesota. He works with farm families in Dodge, Mower, and Olmsted counties helping them accomplish their goals. Previously, he worked in agricultural sales with Kent Feeds in Decorah, IA and prior to this he taught high school agricultural science and advised the FFA chapter in Montgomery, Minnesota for seven years. Dan resides in Rochester, Minnesota with his wife, Ronaele, and three children, Nick, Ben, and Hope.

“Twenty-six years of teaching, city council, and youth coaching experience have taught me the value of community involvement and cooperation,” says Hoffman. “I believe that a C-BED project such as High Country Energy is good for the local community, local people, and the environment.”
